1. Great job on Elizabeth Street fire.

2. Rescue 3 is to get tarps and make them available at all structure fire.

3. Remember to get monthly Fire Reports and SBA reports to

Chief Rhoades accurately and promptly.

4. Chief Rhoades asks that Truck inventories be updated and

SCBA Bottle reports be submitted to him.

5. All firefighters are not to park their vehicles in fire scene areas.

This is becoming a problem and must be discontinued.

6. If firefighters register for a training class, you must attend.

7. Signup sheets are being faxed to all companies for a Pump School.

If interested, sign the sheet so it can be sent to the Chief.

8. Duty pumpers should make all calls, including standbys.

The company may be called to the scene at any time and should be available.

9. Hepatis shots will be given soon to those that did not get them.

Chief Rhoades needs company lists of names.

10. All firefighters should get, at least, NIMS 100, 700 and 800 qualified.

FROM THE SECRETARY

Submission of applications for membership:

1. The membership application to be submitted must be completed in all sections - and must be legible in all

respects.

2. If member was a member of another company/department, a letter of clearance must be submitted with

application or no action will be taken.

3. An arson investigation application must be submitted completely answered where noted at this time.

4. An application must also be submitted for transfer within the fire department along with a letter of clearance.
